I suggest you take 5 or 10 minutes to sit and do nothing but breathe. Don’t sit and watch videos on YouTube. Don’t even rock if you have a rocking chair. Just sit and breathe.

After that, I think it would be a good idea to watch a funny video. You can watch videos of kittens or puppies. Those are often very funny.

@jca2 She called me a pig, in the hallway. Was after a heated politics class. She took my comments on the glass ceiling personally. I felt upset.

I thought that class was a safe zone. Now I know to keep my comments to myself in the future.
