There’s no great advantage to boiling Robin in his own piss. What makes Robin’s urine any more effective than anyone else’s? And by the time Sheriff could have collected that much urine from a single source, Robin might have escaped or the whole threat might have been forgotten.

If I were the Sheriff, I would have gone to the townspeople with a large pail (or two or three) and asked them ALL to contribute. He could collect gallons in the course of a day or two, and get his vengeance in a matter of 48 hours instead of months.

And since the Sheriff is a dishonorable person anyway, no one is going to hold him to his initial vow.

@RedDeerGuy1 is onto something, but he is forgetting evaporation. But I am more amused by the threat in the first place. It would be more insulting to boil him in someone else’s piss.

@seawulf575 After evaporation the remaining piss would be concentrated, and can easily mixed with fresh water.
