I don’t allow myself to sleep later than 9:30 because I do have to have three meals a day because of my diabetes and if I eat breakfast any later, then that really throws the rest of my meals off.
On my day off, I tell myself that I can sleep that late if I want, but what I really like is when I wake up around 8:00 or 8:15 and feel totally refreshed and ready to get up. I just feel like I can get so much more stuff done in the day! Honestly, I would get up earlier if I woke up earlier but I’m a night owl so that really doesn’t happen.
