Wife and i have been betting on horses(legally in Kentucky)for many years. there is really no system that guarantees a winner each time. best bet is to become familiar with the horses and the jockeys. read the spread sheets and make your decision. one other note: two points to remember that has worked for us…..consider betting on a gray horse and when a horse takes a whiz before running, place at least a small bet on him. matching a winning jockey on a winning horse is every horse betters dream. remember though, some jockeys will hold a horse back, depending on honesty and the amount of money bet on him.
