Would you consider using mouth-to-mouth to save a homeless panhandler?
In a discussion on how far to go in saving a homeless person if you were, say, leaving a diner or coffee shop and an unkempt homeless man panhandling you suddenly clutched his chest and dropped like a fallen log and stopped breathing would you give him mouth-to-mouth until the paramedics showed or would you simply call and hope the paramedics got there quick? Would it change things if the homeless woman was attractive, slender and youngish?
