Congratulations on many things lately!

Thanks everyone! I usually avoid these parties like the plague, but I thought it would be rude to not show up for @Adirondackwannabe.

I’d like to especially thank those of you who have alluded to the little cupcake in the oven, who will hopefully be fully baked in about 8 months.

I’ve learned a lot from all of you some more than others but mostly I have learned about myself and how I view/believe/think/feel/behave. I especially appreciate those of who whose beliefs differ from mine, when those differences lead to a thoughtful and respectful dialogue.

There are many people who I miss. It may be hard to believe that I’ve been here for over 4 years. While I don’t post much because I really dislike conflict, I’ve been reading your questions and answers from afar. I hope that the people who are here now can continue to post thoughtful and relevant questions and answers and promote the kind of exchange and community that the founders had in mind. We are all experts in something and we all have something to offer. I hope everyone can keep that in mind and try to learn from others at least as much as they try to impart their expertise.

Sorry I’m so late! I was packing, because we are taking you camping! We don’t have to go very far, because as you may know, the Fluther mansion property has a back forty with views of The Lake and The Mountains and The Desert and The Beach. And the best part is that you can see all of these beautiful views from the same camp site.

You may want to sleep in one of these lovely Cabins by the Lake or maybe you’d prefer to sleep alfresco in one of these Tents.

After a lovely meal ‘round the old Campfire we’ll eat some of These. I know you like to cook, so we got a set of Pie Irons which should prove very useful, especially if you are craving a waffle or a grilled cheese sandwich in the middle of the night.

No need to worry about getting eaten by a bear on the Fluther grounds. These are the only kind of bears we got out here : ) We also have other kinds of Wildlife along with This Beautiful Bird
