What can I do with hundreds of empty .22 bullet casings?
Of course I can recycle them but they are only worth about ⅓ cent each for scrap. Surely something useful can be made from these. See photo .
I have used them as spray nozzles for my bird feeding station by drilling a 0.013 inch (0.3 mm) hole in the bottom and pressing them into a hose cap that has been drilled out to 6mm. I can easily press the whole casing into the 6 mm hole and the small hole stays precise. They work great but I only need a few. What else can I make with them?
They are made of high quality brass and do not corrode so they can be used outdoors. Each one can hold precisely 0.35 ml of liquid.
Does someone here have a good idea?
